iCON FITNESS STUDIO’S POLICIES

We are available to assist with Membership questions Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. The most efficient way to contact us is via email or by texting the office at 951-216-3481 and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Please note: due to the high volume of messages coming in, Charles will no longer be handling Membership inquiries via text or calls to his personal cell phone.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your Membership Agreement for any reason, you must complete iCON Fitness Studio’s Cancellation Request Form and email it to us, giving a thirty (30) day prior written notice. If your Membership Agreement has a minimum term and you wish to cancel prematurely, you agree to pay 50% of the outstanding balance of your initial contract term.

Freeze Policy

Members may temporarily suspend their membership by completing iCON Fitness Studio’s Membership Freeze Request Form giving a five (5) day prior written notice. All freeze requests must be made in advance. No retroactive freezes are permitted.

Notice of Dues Renewal

At the end of your initial term, you will have a thirty (30) day option period in which to cancel your Membership Agreement. If you do not cancel the Agreement (per iCON Fitness Studio’s Cancellation Policy) during the thirty (30) day option period, the Agreement will renew automatically for an additional contract period under the then current terms and conditions.
